It's a bit like going to your own doctor, you don't really appreciate them until you need them. My cat has been healthy and well for years, but just recently she wasn't herself. Thanks to the staff at Downes I feel reassured that they have her best interest at heart and are doing their best for her. I am glad that we are their patients and wish them all the best for Christmas and the New Year.

Probably not the cheapest vet in the area but without exception the vets, veterinary nurses and reception staff are all personable and professional. It can be difficult to park here at busy times as there is only parking for 4 or 5 cars, you may find you can only park some way away on London road.

Every member of the team demonstrates time and again their dedication to, and love of, animals. I was given appropriate advice for the treatment and care of my poorly, and elderly, dog.
