Place was quiet on Friday afternoon and bowling and food were fine, even if the venue was a bit dark. Unfortunately, my partner's bag containing purse went missing, presumed stolen whilst left at an unoccupied table for 10 minutes even though the place was almost empty. We were visiting for my daughter's 11th birthday. I think that says it all really!

Had a voucher for the mini bowling, but the place looked nothing like the pictures or what I expected. It was badly managed, not maintained and had really poor standards in general. The main issue was that there were children running around on the bowling alley, even walking close to the pins, and the staff did nothing about it. Also there weren't enough balls and the area was small, so we couldn't even play. I would appreciate if the staff made an effort to do something about this, but when I spoke with them they didn't even see there was an issue. I didn't try the food there, but the place wasn't appealing even for that.

Dirty,filthy, unkempt! There was grease everywhere. The pinball was a joke. The balls wouldn't come back-would get stuck. The pins wouldn't come back....a total farce of the entertainment promised. The person that I spoke to over the phone before going there sounded nice but when seen behind the counter was absolutely different. He had actually forgotten the amount that he had told over the phone. The other family with us shared the space was charged differently too. An absolute disappointment..This is the first time that I felt serious disgust after visiting a place. Never would I wish to even think of it again. Apologies!

The management team are fantastic and very helpful.
Quality of service is the best. The price I paid for 4 people including the bowling was excellent. I cannot stress how impressed I was with the overall experience I had on Saturday evening.

The only suggestion for management is that it would be nice to have customer parking as I visited when there was a match day in wembley and parking restrictions were in place which made me rush my time at the base. 

I will be visiting again with my family :)

Forcedly I need to give them 1 star to write the review. Otherwise is 0-. We went there thru a Groupon voucher for a mini bowling experience. The have to small line's and only 4 balls. Was a family there on the second band and us. Unfortunately we didn't have balls to play because the other family was using it for 4 players. I won't fight with kids for the ball. Then, on our line was this toddler trying to go where the pins were. Noone seems to care about that. We signal the issues to the employee but they didn't care about it. The place was very dirty also. We couldn't reason with them and we left.
