Very good. Staff are very helpful and can solve lots of your problems. The computers work fine although there is a time limit of 1 hour. Swimming pool is quite busy on a weekend.

The staff are extremely kind and go the extra mile. The facilities are modern and the building easy to navigate. The only issue is the library and range on offer is getting smaller these days.

The most exercise I got was walking to the gym after being denied entry. A simple day pass doesn't exist, you must book in appointments but you also need to have an induction. I was told to leave my number in order for them to contact me at a later date... I tried to find answers to this online last night but there are various websites to flick between showing how excellent the gym is but very little content regarding access to it.

Good gym and a huge selection of classes, car park is to small.

Its great sefton council have built this facility. However it has proven so popular that parking, particularly at busy times, is impossible. Cars are just "dumped" anywhere and it is an accident waiting to happen. There is plenty of land to extend the car park. So come on Sefton Council get it sorted.
