Well stocked and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do wish there were more comfortable armchairs but I understand space could be an issue as it's quite small inside.

Every time that I go to this library in person, the staff are usually helpful. However, it's unfortunate that none of them or any other employee of the Library Service, especially the I.T specialists, which by the way they do not have to be in order to do so, do not have time, maybe because they are already too overworked, to maintain the quality of the English in the Q&A on what is supposed to be their website. In fact, this reviewer, who is not a paid employee of the Library Service and only a customer, had to correct the opening and closing times as displayed when we do a Google search but it's O.K because I informed them of the errors and that I had corrected them a few months ago. I think that maybe it's their turn to correct the multiple errors on their website rather than relying on a customer such as I.

As I recently broke my wrist  it was a bit difficult to use the photo copier, but a member of staff came over and helped me out. Thank you,  young man.

Lovely library! Maybe add more variations though you could add mangas japanese comics which would attract more attention. Or korean novels for foreign readers like me
