Staff is nice and helpful. However, It's quite run down. Computers are like 25 years old only the computers in the pods are newer.
My first encounter wasn't great, but since then it's been great. Helpful friendly staff, good selection of books and a variety of services including dvds, audio books, computers and photocopiers.
