This would be 3,5 stars. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. Room cheap, I guess, for 40 pounds one night including breakfast. But the bed-linen had stains and the in room sink too.
Really enjoyed our stay here until water came thru our ceiling and the staff were not allowed to make a decision or enter the room above ... My First Black pudding really enjoyed

Room spacious and clean. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel and shampoo in room and nearby shower room. Hearty breakfast. And the value!!! £50 for 2 people b and b. We will be back every night out in Glasgow. Thank you very much.
Nice guest house in a central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms average, a little worn down. Bathroom smelled of mould. Breakfast was great and really tasty.
Lovely welcoming staff! We had a great stay! We were up on the third floor which meant quite a few stairs which I felt were quite narrow and slippery with the carpet on them if you weren’t careful. Excellent stay otherwise!
A bit cramped, reasonably clean but overall quite shabby. Nice breakfast and a good location.
