AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!. David Grainge was responsible for letting my property. He took money for fictitious electrical work and allowed the property to be used as a cannabis farm which the police raided. The tenant details were effectively identity fraud. David Grainge is nothing more than a lying conman. EDIT: 3yrs later and the reviews dont get any better. Seriously hope people heed the warnings.
A terrible experience, I am owed several months rent, the director simply refuses to take phone calls but also doesn't return emails, he also gets bizarrely angry that I'm trying to contact him for money he owes me and says he can't get anything done because he's inundated with work, after two years I'm unsure this is accurate, I just think he doesn't want to pay the rent owed. Avoid at all costs.
