I'd like to pass on my thanks to Ian and his team for the successful sale of my 2 bedroom house in Carfin.  Within a week of going online I had a number of viewers set up one of which made an offer that I accepted!  I was kept fully updated by Stacey following any viewings. Honestly cannot fault the professionalism of Homelink.  I had a few estate agents out prior to putting my property on the market.  Homelink were realistic about valuation and confident the property would sell quickly knowing the demand in the local area.  I would have no hesitation in using Homelink in the future. Thanks again!

HomeLink sold my property in Motherwell in a very professional manner and it came at a time which had been difficult as my mum had passed away and the service was very much appreciated and I would recommend HomeLink and staff to anyone

Thank you Ian for responding to this and letting people see what integrity you have.
Let me correct you, firstly you never produced any HD video, you used existing photos and gave me a PowerPoint presentation and asked me for £50 for the privilege, I duly declined. Not one person viewing has mentioned the tower block apart from you! My complaint with you is not returning potential buyers phone calls or emails and being generally inept! It has nothing to do with viewers not buying my property, I certainly don't hold anyone responsible for that. Might be worhth reading my complaint again! Your reputation is abysmal and I certainly do not consider your marketing to be of any decent standard that any reasonable person would expect. Perhaps you would like to comment on your aggressive approach and continuing to market my property on your website until I pay you £300 plus! You are in my opinion a disgrace to the profession. Please take a good look at your business and start listening to your customers. Believe me I am not alone in these views! As this matter has now been referred to the property ombudsman and my solicitor it probably makes sense that we end here however I think you have probably said enough for people to get the measure of you and your firm.

Dreadful Estate Agent.  I have cancelled with them due to poor service when trying to sell my home.  They haven't returned calls to prospective buyers, do they ever return calls!!!!  They are now demanding an extortionate cancellation fee from me and aggressively told me they will continue to market my property until I pay them (even though I have paid them a marketing fee upfront).  Aggressive and awful, please use another Estate Agent.  All Estate Agents are NOT the same.  This has been an awful and stressful experience.  I have given them 1 star just because wouldn't let me put zero!
