Abby was amazing from start to finish came and valued our house photographs arranged listed and sold within 2 days. Jess was also great to deal with for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Really open and honest communication. Few stressful moments along the way as to be expected but really great team.

Fantastic service for a very reasonable price.  Fixed fee for the sale of our house, which was 1/3rd of the price that other agents quoted.  We were kept constantly updated on the progress and Abby and Madison responded very quickly to any questions we had by email. Phone was always answered within 3 rings.  Highly recommend them.

Buying a house, especially your first home, can be very stressful but Madison and Abby have been fantastic from start to finish. They kept us up to date throughout the transaction, very attentive, returned all calls and emails and helped us out whenever we needed. We would highly recommend you.

From start to finish, Maddison and Abby were fantastic. Kept me up to date throughout the transactions, returned all calls and emails in good time and best of all, sold my house within 20 minutes of it being listed. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.

Absolutely stellar service from Abby at Academy who sold my house. From our first discussion right through to completion her communication has been excellent. Responds to emails within record time and is always chasing either the other party or solicitors to ensure you are appraised at every stage. Listing my property was done within 24 hours and a list of viewings ensued with an offer the following day. Could not recommend enough and if my location and circumstances require the services of Academy in the future, I would not hesitate to consult them.

We used Academy to sell our house and it was finalised last week.  When we were choosing who to sell with, we got quotes and spoke to other agents however it was the really competitive price, and the personal touch that I felt we received from Academy as to why we chose them  From the moment the house was listed, Abby was amazing, I cannot fault her at all, she was efficient, kept us up to date with everything, helped on any questions we had and generally helped us with a smooth process. The house was sold within a day!!!  I would happily recommend Academy, and specifically Abby for any needs moving forward

Abby, Maddison and the team at Academy are everything an estate agent should be...professional, friendly  excellent comms by phone and email and very patient as this was our first house sale. Great value for money and peace of mind. 10/10

Abby, Madison and Jess were authentic, knowledgeable and always accommodating to what was a drawn out sale, due to initial buyer withdrawing. Always answered calls, emails and understood my frustrations , kept me up to date with solicitors and the process, great team.

Recently sold my house in Widnes with Academy and couldnt recommend them enough. All the girls are very professional and really friendly and cant do enough for you. Wouldnt sell my house with anyone else!
