i have dealt with Evelyn and the team from two different aspects, one as a tenant in relation to a rental property and two as a home owner selling my property, i have to say the level of service, guidance and support on both different things has been fantastic from start to finish, and has made what was a difficult situation so much easier to understand and deal with. i would highly recommend them to anyone whether they were a landlord, tenant, house seller or buyer

Unfortunately we had to put mum's home on the market as she had to be moved into a carehome. We contacted HomeLink Coatbridge office for advice. Evelyn from the office met us at mum's house and advised us on how we went about selling the house. As we didn't live in the area, Evelyn did everything, having photographs taken and advertising the property. She even showed potential buyers around the property and we didn't have to be there. She kept us informed regularly about the process of the sale. Once a buyer was found she then dealt with our lawyer about transferring the house to the new owner. HomeLink made the process fairly painless and I would highly recommend them
