totally irresponsible letting agents. they are quite happy for one of their tenants to stay in their home, even though the have been charged with supplying drugs, and continue to do so. even though the council are involved the agent Vicki is not bothered about the situation and is only interested in collecting the rent money every month. totally unprofessional company.

Had a terrible experience with these folks, except you are white don't expect any good service from these people. I flew from Germany to view a flat in Glasgow that my wife recommended. The agent was nice on the phone to my wife who is white until we met in person then everything changed. After our agreement, she won't answer or text back on time, only after persistent calls and texts. I even told her I know many agents have problem renting to blacks but I'm well educated and have good income as well. I provided them my last 3 months bank statement with over $20,000 turnover with a balance of $11,000 balance left. I was even willing to provide bank statements from my other bank accounts from 3 countries all in my name plus police records from Germany and Cyprus which shows I have a clean record. I also provided my last 2 rent agreements with payment confirmation. I was even willing to pay 4months plus deposit outright but she kept giving me excuses that she can't reach the landlord after several days. She even declined to take a holding fee from me. After almost a week of waiting, all I got was that the day I viewed the flat, someone else also wanted it she they rented it out to the person. Honestly I wouldn't have left this review if she told me from the start they don't accept black tenants but to hold me back and waste my time...that's very unfortunate.  Totally unprofessional and very dishonest. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Just a bunch of racists and ignorant people.

To Her Response:
I only asked if she would accept 500 due to the fact that some items were missing from the flat but on the paperwork I confirmed I was paying GBP 595 so ofcourse your explanation is a lie. And saying you didn't accept the holding fee because it was not carried the usual way is a lie as well because you gave me your bank details earlier and when I asked for an IBAN you told me it wasn't necessary to pay again so how was someone able to pay the holding fee between thursday to monday because you didn't tell us about that till monday yet we were in constant communication. Just own up and be honest about it.

Excellent service and cummunication. By far the best experience I've had with letting agents in the past.
