Went there over a year ago swore I would never return! but I did! Wish I hadn't, had the new Chicken Crispy meal with Latte, it was NOT crispy was overcooked and dry , the Mayo looked like it had been scraped On and off again. Horrible and waste of money. We had our latte given to us; no sugar or stirrers had to call her back and ask for them, asked for 2 sauces was abruptly told you have to pay for them! Rude! Told her to keep them. I should have remembered by last visit there when my meal and two other people who were with me had food that looked like it had been dropped on the floor, it was a mess complained and they gave me a £5 voucher!! But we had bought 3 meals which we binned. Absolutely the worse Mcdonalds we have ever been to and certainly will NEVER EVER go there again. Would rather drive 4 Mile up the road to the other one. AVOID!
It is what it is, but it's definitely not classed as "fast food" anymore. Nowadays you've got a 15 to 20 minutes before your food is ready. The drive through is quicker, unless you're on a motorbike!Food: 3/5
Stopped at McDonald's with friend to grab two portions of ice cream at drive through service and straight away from first interaction with the staff to get order went wrong. When I asked two portions of mcflurry Maltese the staff added a whole instead of some large burger meal and when I've asked to remove it she kept asking what drink would you like. I did tried to explain that we want just an ice cream than the staff added chicken selection to an order on top of burger meal. After some frustration of miss understanding of what I want finally I get to a first window to pay for an ice cream and staff is asking me to pay almost £20 for someone else's order and I've explained to her that it's not my order and then she went completely lost a good minute she was looking into hers screen and at me and looked like she had no clue what to do as I've said to her I've ordered just an ice cream. Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience was on this my visit.
Better than last time I went there. The food was really nice. Service was very good & staff were very polite. Parking: No problem parking
Came for breakfast with my friend. There are several self service devices so if talking to staff isn't your forte you can use those instead. Just enough space to see the screens above the counter to know when your order is ready. Seating is plentiful inside however outside has limited seating. I had a mcmuffin and they had a hash brown and we both enjoyed it! The prices were not too bad either. If I ever need a McDonalds I can rely on I know I can come back here! Kid-friendliness: There are several tablets which can entertain the kids. Parking: Parking spots directly next to the McDonalds are limited however, due to being in a retail park, there are many parking spots meaning parking shouldn't be a problem.
I used drive in service. Ordering already was a nightmare. Lady was asking to repeat every single word what i was saying. I have placed order for happy meal and few burgers. Drove further to pay, the young man was rude, not even said hello. .. drove to collect order, they asked me to stop in layby nr 1 to wait for my food it was not busy at all . Brought my food, there were no happy meal. .. i went all the way round to find out where is my rest of order.. spoke to young girl, she could not help me, them manager turn up . He did not admit it their fault with happy meal. Offered me refund but i need to drive round again.. absolute waste of time. People who work there 17 year old staff and dont interested to give a nice customer service. WOULD NOT GO BACK AGAIN THERE....
I mean you just couldn't make it up. We were asked to pull into bay 1 at the drive thru, the girl comes out 5 minutes later, looks directly at our car and walks back in. 10 minutes later we're still waiting so I went inside to ask what the hold up is, and the girl says in a very condescending tone actually shouting that she came out but there was no one there. She was the one who told us to pull into bay one! She knew our car and our faces, looked right at bay one where we were parked and just went back in and took our food with her. By the time I actually got it it was stone cold. I mean I know people can have a bit of a moment but come on??!!
I’m not sure how difficult it is to get someone’s order right. Every time there is always something that they mess up. One of the worst in the chain !

Just bought a hot chocolate from this McDonald.becarefull What you eat and drink outside and do not get scared after you get sick.
