Restaurant looks nice, staff very friendly and attentive. Food full of flavour. Was my first time here, but wont be the last!
Beautiful, fresh cuisine and a wonderful birthday meal for a good friend. However, my experience would have been improved if we had been offered drinks soon after arriving, rather than having to request them. Also, when our pasta arrived, we expected that parmesan and fresh black pepper would be offered - again - the former had to be requested. Accustomed to the restaurant asking if our meal is to satisfaction, and if we need anything else, I was again surprised when this did not happen. I was also rather disappointed that - as I was limping due to a severe ankle injury - and having arrived alone - that assistance was not offered. However, as I mentioned earlier, the cuisine there is amazing - easily the best in Italian fare that I have tasted in this country. With a few small service tweaks, it would be close to perfect!
Love the steak with blue cheese! The wine was perfect! The staff were amazing esp Luis! Food was superb!

August 2023 My wife and I went on a Thursday lunchtime arriving at just after 12 o’clock we were greeted by a lady with bucket and mop who carried on cleaning the floor for 15 minutes after we sat down. The young man who served us was pleasant but utterly cluless about being a waiter. We ordered and food arrived and Parmesan was offered and spilled on table and my phone with no apology. The music was excruciatingly loud and when I asked if it could be turned down a little it was turned off completely. We finished our meal with no further contact to see if all was well, no cleared plates. No offer of deserts or coffee so was so fed up with waiting around in empty restaurant paid the bill and left. I know staff have to learn but this poor chap had not had any training whatsoever. Full marks to chef meal was hot and very tasty, although maybe some complimentary bread would have been nice touch, at £50 for drinks and just a main course. David Wallace
Pasta was tasty but slightly overcooked, which was a shame. It may be better next time. However, overall the lunchtime menu is good value for money. You don't have to wait too long for your food, which is served by friendly staff. I would recommend but will try another dish next time.Food: 3/5
Just took my parents here for dinner for the first time and we now have a new favourite restaurant! I could not fault it one bit. Service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend to everyone
Lovely menu. Nice atmosphere, service and food. Food was very good and plenty of it without being too much. We'll presented and tasty. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available for all courses. Parking: Lots of parking within 200 yds in the local Morisson car park. Kid-friendliness: Two of our party were 7 and 2 years of age. Staff didn't fuss over them, but they were comfortable with them. Colouring pages and pens were provided. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on two levels. The raised level has steps up to it if approached from the main door. The main area is on the same level as the entrance and can be navigated by a wheelchair, although it might need someone to help push.
Lovely restaurant, tastefully decorated, attentive, professional and friendly staff. Good choice of dishes on the menu. Food was delicious, good hearty portion sizes. Covid safe premises. Our first time here and we will definitely be returning. Well worth a visit.
