I had jerk chicken it was OK. But for £10 I expected something more than half a chicken in a metal dish with some fries. I did find it salty. After leaving I was drinking water a lot. My husband try a mixed meal of curried goat and pepper steak which he liked. He didn't like the rice and pea which was very dry and tasted of cinnamon. He also had salted fish. Which were round deep fried chewy balls which didn't taste of much and also a dumpling, again this seemed to have been fried. It was nice dipping in the curry. It was expensive for a lunch. £28. I had only water he had a beer. Which was nice tasting.

Had a really nice meal and excellent service, the goat was cooked perfect and my wife had the roast and she really enjoyed it to! I took my 2 and 5 year old boys with me and it was a really nice environment for them! i would highly recommend Jamrock!!

The food (which is all locally sourced) was gorgeous and the portions really generous. The waitresses where polite, friendly and cheerful which was lovely. We was even honored by the chef coming to the table. Fantastic relaxed atmosphere will definitely be going again.

Had an amazing Roast dinner with a Caribbean twist. Huge portion and everything was super delicious. Also took away s9ne curry goat which is about the best I have ever had.

This is not real Caribbean food always burnt and bitter. The jerk chicken is always sweet and most like BBQ
