An excellent experience today weekday afternoon before the schools kick out at this KFC. Prompt, kind service with a smile, exactly what I ordered without argument and I felt like I was being catered for, rather than being an annoyance. Excellent staff. Top Notch.nnFood was hot and fresh, good and as requested. Drink the same. The party behind me were also served likewise.nnThe front was immaculate and regularly cleaned.nnOne of the best offerings KFC have. This visit proves they can do it perfectly.nnThe toilets reek. Drainage / building issue. Not a cleanliness issue. Hence the 4 not 5 star.nnWill visit again if I’m close by.
Foot looks absolute rubbish and taste the same, chips same I think the oil has not been charged for a while I am still feeling sick after 2 days. Order to dine in and food comes in the bag. In the restaurant freezing and not clean.
Went to pick up online order from the drive through. Drive through was really slow. Order was correct, but as normal the 4portions of fries just looked one big jumbled up mess. No hand wipes either.
Wow!nDisorganised and dysfunctional!nStaff on the front need more training or the order system needs reviewing.nThe poor girls do not dare and turn to face customers during the chaos.nAt the time of ordering there were only 4 to 5 people waiting for food and only a couple of people sitting in the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would be like on a Saturday lunchtime.nThe temperature inside is very very cold. It seems that the aircon was on. This didn’t make it very comfortable to sit in the restaurant.nOn the plus side, the food was hot and tasted lovely!
The food is cooked very nice and the service is good. The staff made time to make sure you are happy with everything and I actually felt like I was in a restaurant and not your typical fast food outlet. When I'm visiting Wellingborough again or passing through, I will definitely stop there again.nnMany thanks to the staffnStuart morgan
