I had breakfast here. Was dry and tasteless. Mine had egg shell in it, so at least that proves it was real egg. My boyfriend had a burnt bit in his. It's probably standard, but was not pleasant at all. The brown sauce dispenser was also empty.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's.nThe staff were inappropriate, using bad language openly and playing music that was completely unsuitable for a public, family environment. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable.nThe food was even worse. It tasted old and dry, as if it had been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, there was hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable.nWhen I raised my concerns, the staff had no idea how to handle the complaint. They seemed untrained and unable to deal with even basic customer service issues. It’s a shame that proper staff training doesn’t seem to be a priority here.nAfter feeling unwell from eating this food, I will definitely not be returning.
I will start with the date and the time 1st. 27.08.2025 around 21.30, we walk in to mcdonald's. We use the self-service and wait for the oder.nIt took them half and hour to get my friend good read, which was fine but otho it wasn't busy and please that were coming after us with big orders was getting there food before us!nWe spoke to a colleaguehe was the only person nice he said he will check, which got back to us saying its coming.nThe manager was was constantly using her phone instead of not knowing what is happening on the floornVery disappointing with the service
I have got food from this McDonald's a couple of times now. I order and collect the food through drive through. Really satisfied with how professional and polite the staff there is. Really happy with the quality of the food as well.
Can get busy like all fast food places, but the restaurant is always well kept and clean, staff on the floor are friendly and helpful. A nice mini soft play area for the little humans. Nice seating areas and outside seating option too.
