Absolutely disgusted to find egg shell in my child’s breakfast. Customer service when ringing up was appalling as all they could offer was another mc muffin despite the fact I had just travelled to my home in chapel for me to return back to this mc Donald’s , which was too far for me to do so.nAnd As shown below this could of been a chocking hazard for my child if it was to have been stuck in there throat
What an abysmal experience.nI come here semi regularly when I have work in the area and, rather unsurprisingly, it's usually busy.nBut I find myself having to wait 10 - 15 minutes EVERY time when ordering via the drive through, is this deemed acceptable?nnThe last time I ordered a double cheeseburger, it resembled one that had previously been regurgitated.
We visited McDonald's on a Thursday morning, just before lunch for a hot drink and a small snack. This was our first visit to any McDonald's in many years and we were surprised by how things had changed.nnOrdering was only available by using the touch screens or the McDonald's app as there were no staff at the tills, only in the kitchen. The ordering and payment process was very straightforward and it was easy to find the items we were looking for. The machines also let you choose whether you want to collect your food from the counter or have it brought to your table.nnWe opted to wait at the counter and didn't have to wait too long for our order number to be called. The lady who gave us our food was very friendly and welcoming.nnDespite it being fairly quiet, the toilets here weren't the cleanest, although they were usable.
The staff have not got a clue what's going on, we waited over half hour for our food, even though we could see that it was sat there, the manager should be there to encourage the staff to get things moving and flowing efficiently bit that didn't seem to be the case here, yes I understand that it's a busy place and maybe a few more members of staff could be needed, bit I'm just pleased it wasn't on the height of summer as when young kids are sat / stood waiting for food they get very irritable, there was plenty of others nit only complaining in line waiting bit also tried to complain to members of staff who seemed very uninterested in a complaint, and to find things missing on the food order when we eventually got it was just unbelievable. Not a happy experience
what an atrocious experience… absolutely disgraceful. food came cold, flies EVERYWHERE, dirtiest place ive been for a while. we were disgusted and unable to finish our meals due to multiple grimy, little flies smelling my chips. if i was to compare my experience to anything, i could compare it to a bin lorry. disgusted. staff look miserable, toilets were filthy and smelled revolting. absolutely disgusted in this place. do better mcdonalds. if i could rate this establishment 0 stars i would… but thats not allowed. so they get one star.
