Been to this maccies quite a few times whilst visiting skegness to see family. Drive thru is always absolutely heaving so usually go inside to order. It was so quiet inside today a wednesday afternoon in january unlike other times i’ve visited. Usually full of holidaymakers. Seems extremely understaffed during those seasons unfortunately. Often takes 10-15 minutes to get your food, nowhere to sit. Today was a much better experience, our food was fab.
Never had to wait so long for a simple food order which on turn was cold.nNone of the staff looked like they wanted to be there.nI now notice in the last 5 McDonald's restaurants I have visited that you can no longer get a paper receipt as proof of purchase or to report feedback.nLots of new kids on the block to try now though with a Wendy's and a Popeye's in Lincoln. McDonald's grip as the leading fast food outlet is slipping especially with food, drink and service like this.
If I could do 0 stars I would.nToilets were absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold. The child's seat was disgusting. And the wall and glass/windows were grim too. Certainly won't go back here.
Absolutely awful restaurant, this is one of the worse macdonalds I've ever been to. There is food on the floor, sauce on the ceiling, the floor looks like its never been moped. The food was awful and cold. I would 100 percent advise everyone and anyone to avoid this place.
Didn't eat food, after my last experience in McDonald's in Lincoln where the Qtr pounder with cheese was served at room temperature and the fries were also at Room temperature they exchanged the food but they weren't freshly cooked they were from the same standing kept in the warmer stock so I would never eat at any McDonald's again. I only have the coffee black and no sugar. I used the disabled toilet and the toilet seat was loose and the fittings that hold the grab rails were rusty at the wall mounting point. Showing signs of poor maintenance and should be replaced in my opinion.
