Only given 1 star because you can't give halve's. It's overpriced for the taste id rather try and catch my own out the sea. The staff can't add up even with a calculator. The mushy peas probably taste better in prison. Absolutely appalled at how they serve food at this price and the low quality they do. Not worth a penny. They need to up their game or quit trying. Useless place

I tried Harry Ramsbottom's based on the fact that there was a big queue and that meant people knew it was good. after a 20 minute queue, to Haddock chips and peas looked lovely. The fish was average, some of the chips needed another couple of minutes in the fryer and were a bit hard, the mushy peas were perfect! Not good enough to make me want to return.

Catchems corner its a easy money game quality to start with...here goes served up in a half hearted fashion the fish was good. batter very tough hard..chips lardy and sharpe edges..mrs had a pasty cheese onion flat as a pancake..so for us and our yearly one day visit no no no no never again the £6 special not worth £3..only the white fish was passable
