Eptons is a really good chip shop! The food is always warm and a good price, they do a good deal were you pay £2.50 and you get a small tray of chips, a fish cake or small sausage (battered or not) and a sauce/side of your choice. They are always busy when they are open, partly because of the cheap deals and partly because it's so easy to find in the high street. The eat in side of the restaurant has a few issues those being the toilet is small and often dirty and the tables aren't cleaned as often as they should be. It's a very busy little place so it's understandable. I'd still recommend Eptons to most people as if your in the mood for having some chips in Skegness there really is no better place.

Chips are always spot on and not 'anaemic', rest of food is always quality. They also have some excellent meal and take away deals. Portions are reasonable and filling. There are several good fish and chip shops in Skegness and this is one of the best.

Has the fish, chips and peas here this weekend in the restaurant part. Friendly enough staff and the food all looked freshly cookedv and was a decent size portion although if I had to pick fault the fish was a little mushy. As other posters have commented, the only option here is "fish and chips" with no mention of the fish type which is a bit disappointing. Also, it seemed fairly pricey at a whisper under £10 each when a drink was added.
