Hello,nnOn the date 30/11/2025 me and a few colleagues ordered food through the McDonald’s app while we was working a 12hour shift.nnUpon the arrival of the food we noticed more than half our food was missing and on of my colleagues nugget was already eaten and put back in the box. While this wasn’t very hygienic it made us all very uncomfortable and not wanting to eat what food was delived as we didn’t know what else could have been tampered with.nnWhile we understand we ordered through the app the help option told us to call the store which we did for over an hour and no one answer, so the app told us we could also come to the store which we did after finishing a 12hour shift at approximately 12:35-12:40am, we spoke to the manger on shift and she claimed there was nothing she could do about the whole situation.nnWith how everything thing turned out we are not looking to get the food redone or be offered any food in the future we are wanting our money back as the whole order was nearly 35 pounds.nnI will also be attaching pictures of how much the order was and at what time it was placed as seen on the bank statement as well as a picture of the half eaten nugget. I hope we can resolve this urgently.nnThis is a copy of the email I tried to send but unfortunately it seems the manger on site gave me a non active email. The manager on shift was a female with blond hair working the night shift on the 30/11/25-01/12/25
I ordered a LARGE Double quarter pounder with cheese and coke at the drive through this evening. What I got was a small portion of cold fries. I tried to leave my thoughts on McD’s food for thoughts website, but the 12 digit code is eligible so I can’t even do that. Very poor service.
That was probably the friendliest McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. A huge thank you to Paul, who looked after us as soon as we walked in. I’m in a wheelchair and he immediately put me at ease, offering support, clearly explaining where the disabled toilets were, and checking in with us throughout our visit. It felt genuinely friendly and welcoming, and all the staff were really helpful. Easily the best McDonald’s we’ve been to. Congratulations to the whole team.
Quite disappointing that this is my local McDonald’s, I understand the 10p payment for sauce but when the item has sauce included, such as mozzarella dippers or the £5 meal deal, and you can see on the screen ‘choose dip’ option yet given no sauce, then told I have to pay for sauce even if it’s included… never had this issue before. You’d also think the drinks are 20% off with how full they are. Usually get asked to park up, I don’t mind waiting but waiting over 20 mins for an apple pie is a bit much.
Went to the drive through. Waited ages just to order. After we payed, they told us to park and wait for our food. We waited for 40 minutes. No exaggeration. We got the food, but it was the complete wrong order. They gave us our order but we had fries missing. We just left anyway as we had already been there for almost an hour.
