This is our local McDonalds. Great service and food is always hot and comes quickly.nThe staff are great especially Paul who always gives colouring activities to the children to help keep them busy, and makes sure the tables are clean. Thank you Paul for making our trip to this McDonalds great

I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, and everything was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were especially friendly, polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and provided excellent customer service with patience and care. I really appreciated their positive attitude and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends. A well-deserved five-star experience!

Ordered a fillet o fish meal, sat on the table. They brought the food out. I took 1 bite of the burger and the fish was all brown inside, complained to the staff, the staff advised manager had said they can’t exchange as I took a bite ? Then the manager said will have to pay £1 for an exchange? Like seriously management must be lacking service in this McDonald. Terrible! Then they have me a new fish burger look at the photo

I called in this morning as I do most mornings for my porridge. I have always found the staff very polite however this morning the youmg man on the drive through was extremely helpful. The system showed no porridge however imstead of leaving it at that and leaving me stuck in the drive through he went to check if new stock had arrived which it had and loaded it on the system.nWell done young man. With that kind of work ethic you will go far!

I had a great experience ordering from this branch.The food was fresh, and arrived on time. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, big thank you to Paul who was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude, which made the whole experience even better.nThank you for your kindness Paul and for going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to order from a place that genuinely cares about its customers. And also this branch is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to !!!! I will definitely would highly recommend this branch to others.
