Shocking service, got a breakfast wrap which includes a long dark hair on my way into work so went back after work for a refund, stood waiting for ages before any member of staff decided to help me, they were all stood chatting in there kitchen, to then be questioned on which branch I got it from, stood for 20 minutes + before they finally offered me a refund, I asked if hair nets were supposed to be worn whilst a girl with long dark hair is walking around the kitchen with a pony tail....to be told yes if they have long hair. I won't be going to this McDonald's again, unprofessional and unhygienic.
Haven’t had the best experience at this McDonald’s recently. Despite ordering via the app the food still wasn’t ready at the drive through. Apparently the hash brown hadn’t been cooked. 8 minutes later the bag arrived through my window, like warm.
This is my local Maccy's. Deliveroo orders out of this kitchen are, 4 times out of 5, incorrect. Very frustrating. However, drive thru orders are usually correct.nnToday, I had the lovely experience of having an allergic reaction following my visit to the drive thru. I ordered a Sprite, and was gifted a vanilla milkshake instead. Not having noticed my covered beverage was not what I ordered, I took a big drink. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to milk, and was forced to pull over and administer an epi pen to myself to keep from going into anaphylaxis while driving.nnCheers, West One Maccy's. You really made my Saturday exciting.
This was my first trip to a McDonald's in years. Sadly they were very slow to get our order after being told to park and wait at the drive-through. When we did get it, then requested sauces weren't supplied. Think it will be a good few years until I go back to one!
Food was OK. But due to staff paying more attention to delivery drivers customers in store were waiting forever. We requested table service and in the end a young lady on the table behind us actually brought the food along with her own. Oh another classic this morning. The wrong meal. And how can mcdonalds justify giving delivery drivers priority over customers instore and on the car park now
