French fries were the only good thing as they came out fresh and hot. Rest of the food was warm at best. Burgers were chewy with a range of a little lettuce and a load of lettuce. Ordered in and sat down but didn't get a tray, food was instead put into a take out bag. Service was slow and staff were on their phones behind the counter. Restaurant was clean though and had a staff member cleaning actively which was nice. Had missing food that when received the chicken was barley warm and chewy.
Like all McDonald's now you don't interact with staff anymore so service ratings are always going to be low, staff just call your number out now and pray you dont bring the cold food back. For this particular store the food quality was better than usual but the standard across the board I still think has declined over the years. Why does it take ages to get your food, what happened to fast food. Atmosphere was flat, nothing buzzing, few teenagers but on this occasion they weren't annoying like elsewhere.nEmergency food stop for me nothing more as there wasn't anywhere else available while I was delivering next door.
It's a smaller McDonalds but still handles the demand very well. There is outdoor seating at times it seems however on my visit I sat indoors. You will notice a diminished level of service because of the priority made towards delivery app drivers which I feel takes away from the in-store/takeaway experience.
Friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant from the female host.nI had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented.nFlat White coffee was very good.nOverall, a positive experience
Visited today. Restaurant was quiet, only a few customers.nStood at the counter to order. There was a female staff member stood the other side of counter doing something with things from inside the drinks machine, she completely ignored me and my daughter waiting to order for several minutes, not even acknowledging we were there. So we just walked out.nDrove to Rugeley Mcdonalds where we were going after, and relieved excellent customer service and lovely warm food.nLichfield McDonald's, train your staff in basic human manners, or replace them with people who aren't so rude!
