DO NOT RECOMMEND, incapable staff! The large fries I ordered basically empty, I ordered and payed for 7 extra dips to go with my dippers, nuggets and selects but none arrived so now food is dry and I have no straw for my milkshake, shocking employees aren’t even capable of reading an order on a receipt, very disappointing, this is about the 5th time this has happened to me while ordering with Lichfield market street McDonalds through uber eats over the past few months and even though I report it then don’t seem to care as nothings changed!
The lady who served me at the till was extremely polite and welcoming, she seemed genuinely interested in giving me a good service. I have been to a lot of McDonald's stores and understandably it can be quite difficult for staff to maintain their enthusiasm but this lady's service genuinely surprised me in a positive way. Also, the food was fresh and prepared quickly.
Well my online delivery is over an hour and a half late !!!!! Customer services said just keep an eye on the ETA I explained the ETA has changed several times in the first hour. Customer Support said come back if there is a problem with the food. I asked to speak to a manager apparently I can't do that either.nnDon't accept the order of you can't achieve the delivery times, Customer service need to be trained on how to deliver a service.nAppalling service today. If you had told me an hour at time of order or 90 mins that would have been my decision as to whether I wanted to wait.
Very slow service, dirty, staff wearing hats but hair wasn't tied up and no hairnets, staff standing chatting while lots of drinks stood on table but not sorted dor customers. Toilets were filthy and toliet floor was soaked with jo wet floor signs. Needs updating and cleaning and better staff
If you are looking for a quick bite this place ain’t for you. They should advertise not so fast food.nnThe staff are essentially one trick ponies they can only complete one task at a time and have little to no sense of urgency.nnThe amount of food pilled up I under the warmers was ridiculous, the queues were 6/8 deep of customers who had paid and were waiting whilst the front of staff meandered around doing little to nothing.nnStaff training I can only assume is an after thought because they are severely poor.nnFood managed to be both dry under the warmer for that long, nearly 32 minutes from point of order and the packaging greasy as hell.nnDon’t waste your money or more importantly your time.
