Tried to charge me thousands (7-8 times the price of other restaurants) to book a small room for a meal after our wedding. They delayed responding to my query to book the room for many weeks, delaying the time I had to find a sensibly priced room (was this tactical?). Haven't eaten there.

The food is quite nice and the ambience is lovely too. The menu is good value and they can accommodate preferences, e.g. swap chips for salad. It is, however, rather cramped.

Tasty and interesting food at reasonable prices. Don't expect a blow out, but go home feeling you have eaten good food without indigestion.

Fantastic experience. Make sure you book as it's normally very busy. We share a starter and pudding which works really well. Food is high quality and good value!
