We waited over 40 minutes for a happy meal, a mcflurry and one meal. Food was left an hour on the hot plates people who came in after us got served their food 10 mins before us ... even though they had more food. There was only 4 people eating in. The floor is a health and safety hazard. Honestly worst mcdonalds ever experienced
Title: No hygiene, no control, no care.nnReview:nI’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and it’s the same disaster every day. Food all over the floor – buns, lettuce, meat – and staff just walking over it like it’s normal. Nobody cleans, nobody seems to care. The manager clearly ignores all hygiene and food safety standards. Staff are not supervised at all, and with this level of mess there’s absolutely no guarantee what ends up in your box.nThis isn’t a one-off situation – the place looks like this every single day. It’s not just untidy; it’s a serious hygiene issue that needs proper inspection. The matter will be reported to the Environmental Health Department and the Food Standards Agency.nPhoto attached as proof of the conditions inside this restaurant.
The experience of going to Maccers, can sometimes be horrid, sometimes it's brilliant, but on this occasion, it was the latter. Polite and happy staff, and food was fine. Fine is all you can say about Maccers though right, I mean, it's never exceptional is it?!
Absolute joke in this place waited 45 minutes for breakfast and there was people waiting longer than us. The old we are short staffed excuse. Yet we got about 10 delveroo drivers going in and out. The order was wrong the food and drinks was cold. The restaurant area wasn't even 1/4 full. Embarrassing and the last time I will take my kids here. Some bad attitudes from the staff I'll say that.
Disgusting! If I could give zero stars they would have. I am disgusted by the awful customer service here at Merthyr McDonald's. I waited 30+ minutes for my meal. I had to walk in and ask the counter where on earth it was. The woman had to go looking and was 4-5 minutes. When I had the order it was wrong and cold. Absolutely Disgusting! £39 pounds I'll never get back.
