We were a party of nine including two toddlers. We managed to get a nice table and were served by a very efficient waitress called Jess. The drinks order was quickly taken and delivered and then the food which was also quick. It was good food when it arrived especially considering the reasonable prices. Best things were the waitress's patience with the children and the fact that they had hand pulled pedigree (the chain is owned by Marston's) bitter. It was delicious. I am sure they had gassy lager for those who like it but I was well happy.

Greeted by very friendly staff. Very informative on what was vegan on their menu and what they could convert to being vegan. Had the vegetarian hot pot with no Yorkshire and it was amazeballs. No problems with time being served. Manager Phil was very professional. Service was great from staff. Many thanks to all, will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu such as the veg patch burrito and apple pie with vegan ice cream.

Very disappointed with beef dinner.. Mash potato from a bag very wet. Frozen Yorkshire pudding. And tasteless beef that was full off fat. The whole male was bland and tasteless. Just a terrible meal

Totally agree with other comments, a very hit and miss place here. Been a few times with no issues and some with. Having to wait over an hour for 2 pizzas on a quiet day and also was only served 13 onion rings as opposed to the 20 paid for. One pizza had meatballs which were barely cooked with two having to be taken out since they were too pink in the centre. Won't be choosing to eat here again unless reviews improve and suggest better standards.

Food very good value. Staff completely untrained. Food ordered for 6 people two meals were delivered wrongly. Table not cleared after 40 mins until we asked even though there were only 5 families here. I don't think i will be back.
