This was the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever experienced. Had the McRib - over cooked with about a teaspoon of sauce on it , one slice of gherkin and about 4 bits of onion. The chips were cold and chewy. Staff training definitely needed in how to cook the food. Really horrible.nnOn a positive note the man clearing tables this morning was very helpful and efficient and the order was brought to us quickly.
I use McDonald’s a lot, they’re a staple for anyone who drives for a living, although and this maybe just an observation but it seems now that we have every platform collecting and delving McDonald’s to all four corners of the country the wait time has increased considerably. Two coffees today 10 minutes ‍
Second time running we’ve had whole missing items from our order. Absolutely ridiculous. Refunded our order but missing the point, we ordered food and didn’t receive it. Can’t even reorder it because we’ve already paid £5 delivery charge which we can’t get refunded. Do not go here.
I’ve gone to the drive through for 3 double cheese burgers and 2 caramel frappes got asked to wait and I replied that I could not, was very erupt with me saying you can either go and wait for your food or you can have a refund I didn’t request refund I wanted the food hence the reason I went to the restaurant but used drive through as was in a rush and thought it would not take long, but we ended up waiting and then 3 cars came past with there order still didn’tnGet my order and then another 2 cars passed so I ended up going in for it anyways and it just didn’t seem to be prioritized as they was just focusing on just eat orders, I understand if it was busy I work in hospitality my self, so I do get it but the way I was spoken to was disgusting and very rude after I went in to get the order my self, they still didn’t seem bothered aboutnThe situation very poor experience to be honest
Unfortunately this McDonald's is suffering like them all under the weight of Just Eat and Uber Eats orders and drivers. These orders are clearly the priority with little to no regard for the plebs who actually go to get their own food. McDonald's as a company and the individual franchisees need to look at how to better manage the delivery business whilst still valuing the customers who attend their restaurants.
