We've been to cafe Masala a few times now and have never been disappointed, using them for both takeaway and eat in meals. When eating in the restaurant the atmosphere and staff are both a delight, exceptionally friendly, polite and welcoming. The food and service have been wonderful each time we have been. Would highly recommend.

First time using this takeaway. Rang order through for collection at 19.30 told 40 min wait .... food ready at 21.00 !! I had to ring and complain whilst partner was sat waiting to be told ten minutes, 30 minutes later got food and after asking for refund , politely, had phone put down on me. Don’t care if food is good when it gets here customer service is shite but I suppose it’s to be expected, it is Kidderminster after all.

Really good food that you can eat in or take out and home delivery is available. Staff are polite but not very attentive. I did wait an hour for a small collection order. Parking is available but the road does get busy/full at times. A great place to visit though.
