Been here three times, the first time I asked for strawberry milkshake and got ice milk, the burger was cold and fries semi fried, I though it may of just been a one off, but they was consistent in their poor quality control. I went back once and showed them the frozen milk they call a shake, and they looked me in the face and said it had run out of flavor but they put more in. They filled me a new one which also was just milk. At this point I told them give up, you don't know what a strawberry milkshake is.

Was gonna say 4 stars but I think the Milkshake could have been mixed a bit better. Still a nice drive through experience. Didn't take long. Food was nice and fries were hot. :)

My partner has just been to the drive through, when she came back with our order. The kids happy meals where missing sauces, our orders where missing the sweet chilli dips we had paid for. None of the milkshakes where flavoured and we also had no straws to drink our flavourless milkshakes with, the chips where cold and half empty. All in all TERRIBLE. I've been trying to ring through for the last 15minutes but it seems like the line is very busy, probably more complaints.

Still hate the new ordering system. Fast food isn't fast anymore and hiw hard is it to get order right? Very it would seem!

AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS!!! After a recent visit for a business meeting, the car owner was horrified to receive (through the post) a £50 parking fine, for overstaying a maximum allowed time of 90 minutes by 16 minutes (see attached letter). In essence, being fined for eating too slowly. No sign was seen and no staff member warning - so were unaware it even existed - until the letter arrived. It's a scam authorised by the owners. Having been a few times in the past with work and family, we have no intention of ever returning. Well done McDonalds on driving away loyal customers. If you use this restaurant for business meetings, take my advice, go elsewhere!
