Saturday for the grand national. We ordered 2 kebabs and 2 18inch pizzas and a garlic bread. The pizza was floppy and uncooked and the garlic bread and chees had zero garlic on it. Not happy

Honestly feel insulted by the service. Ordered the food and it arrived 1hr and 20 mins later and received a call to collect it from the end of the street as the driver didn’t wanna come all the way up... opened the pizza and it was squished up in a lump, looked like it had already been eaten. To make things worse it took another hour for a replacement pizza.

Back to normal recently after some bad staff let the place down quite alot.

Let me start with the food is usually good, they do have the odd slips with the food though, like it arriving cold, some things under cooked. But the worst issue is the customer service, they don't follow the times they give there customers and just expect us to put up with it. They give excuses like the traffic is bad (thinking we will accept that as a excuse) the driver says it wasn't the traffic and that he only just left the shop (then he rings the shop and the driver comes back and starts blaming the traffic). I was advised that they do not go by delivery times and they will make the food and send it when they want and not when they have told customers they will get it. They think there customers are to soft and will just take it, well I'm here to tell you all to stand your ground and do something about it, just like I did. I kicked off and refused to take the order due to there incapacity to treat there customers with respect and as customers should be. I told them I would take the order on the grounds of getting a discount, otherwise they could take it away (which means they would have to bin it) no guesses I got my discount and a number of apologies.

Best food in the world, nothing to complain about service is great, people who rate this one star don't know good food when they see it
