Large party booked a table. But where separated onto different tables not informed if this when making the reservation. Four of our family waited 1 hour for food. Manager did refund but we had to ask for this. Tall red haired staff member really helpful and chatty. Barman really good as well. Need to change the manager not doing a good enough job very poor

Incredibly cheap and not bad quality at all. There's always a deal on and the staff seem really helpful in finding you the best combination to get you the lowest price. Small kids play area is great as my two spent as much time as they could in there giving us some time to ourselves.

It was great when I came here. Personally I liked it more when it was fair & square, but the food hasn't changed too much. All together, I love it here. My mum and dad once had a problem here, but that was fair & square's fault.

Food cold, took my wife for dinner and it ruined it, no heating, wasted my time and my money, I told staff but no chance or offer of a refund! GUTTED!

Came 2 days in a row. The service and food was great. The staff was really friendly. On the second visit, the heating had broken down and signs were everywhere letting us know, so it gave everyone a choice to come in or go elsewhere and the staff dealt with this problem proffesionally. We certainly come again and sample rest of the menu.
