Always something missing off delivery orders, always get pushed back to courier when the bags are sealed at the restaurant and the phone is never answered! Poor service! better off sitting in the queue for the drive through!
Takes about roughly 40 minutes now to recieve food when you purchase from the standing robots in store. Fast food no more.nMostly told to wait in bay when I order drive through and alot of time food is only barely warm.
Ordered twice over the app, I was told I was lying when X2 meals did not turn up. Ordered again tonight, missing two happy meals. Do you use McDonald's in Hereford at all. Literally can't even read a simple order or even give any customer service
This morning I ordered a McFlurry. I paid with cash and the staff were very nice. It took only a minute for them to give me my order. I would recommend coming here in the morning, because it gets crowded during the day.
I went 9pm on a Thirsday night. Staff were on the ball and food was hot and fresh. Chips were crisp rather than the cold, flaccid things some restaurants serve. Restaurant was busy but not overcrowded.
