This morning I ordered a McFlurry. I paid with cash and the staff were very nice. It took only a minute for them to give me my order. I would recommend coming here in the morning, because it gets crowded during the day.
Just placed an order via the app. 2 items missing. Burgers were stone cold. More surprisingly so were the apple pies. Who's ever had a McDonald's apple pie that isn't roasting hot?! £18 for 2 double cheeseburger, 2 apple pies and a vanilla milkshake due to not being bothered to include the 2 large fries. Customer support is non existent. If you order via the app they tell you to speak to Uber. Terrible service.
Some of the problems aren't directly the stores fault as some of it is the hordes of awful youths there, that make the place very uncomfortable and antisocial. I don't know if they can do more to stop these kids hanging around outside the front in large groups and coming inside being loud and disruptive. But as well as that, when ever I order food from here it is always missing something. Dips or drinks or sometimes even whole burgers just missing, as well as cold food or squashed food. The place is just too damn stressful to go in there to change because of all the rowdy kids. I used to go to this place as a kid when there was a soft play area and you could have kids parties there with cake and balloons. Now the place is corporate and depressing with the dung coloured green on the outside and stale boring uninspired walls on the inside and with hard uncomfortable seats. I'm just going to stop going here. I hope other people do too. So it can close down and become something else. Time for this awful place to die and be renewed as almost anything else.
I spent a long time waiting for my food because the gaggle of teenage workers were too interested in arguing about god to do any work. Even after their manager came over to tell them to get on with it, one wouldn't stop arguing to insist on his position. This really isn't appropriate for work.
Kept me waiting 25 minutes for this. Microwaved to death. Ironically the coffee barely warm. The lady cleaning seemed quite dilligent.
