The cod I was given seemed dry and chewy on one side. I think it must have been a very old piece that they had hoped that deep frying would just cover up the state of it. Service was very slow. I was told 10 minutes and 20 minutes later I was told "2 more minutes" by which time the parking had run out and my son needed collecting. A shame because we've had ok food here in the past but I will avoid from now on.

Lovely place, came from plymouth for a night in hereford. Me my mum and dad all enjoyed the food. They even stayed open longer so we could sit inside and eat.

Hi see below for the detail, but the alleged proprietor would rather believe his staff than me. I've been in here several times with my son although not for a while. It was nice to be remembered today and the food was good. Unfortunately the waitress who served us was unhappy that my son had dropped some food on the floor. She actually asked us to sweep it up (!) stating that we always made a mess. When I stated that she needn't worry as we had no intention of returning she suggested that once we had paid the bill, we should f*** off. This was despite me having pointed out that my son had special needs and that may have contributed to his eating habits not being normal for a child of his age.
