Disappointed & shocked at the treatment myself & my partner have received whilst out for drinks. The downstairs was full, so we decided to go upstairs & sit in the lounge that was open. We were joined by a group of people who had been standing for some time downstairs & were told that the lounge was open. Within minutes of us sitting down, we were all told we couldn't sit in that lounge. When we asked why, the member of staff just told us we weren't allowed to be in there. All we wanted to do was sit & chat. We ended up leaving & cut our night short. Not a very nice way to treat customers who were quite willing to spend money in your establishment. Cosy Club it is NOT

We enjoyed everything we ordered at the Cosy Club in Hereford. My daughter had a vegetarian burger and said it was maybe one of the best she's ever had. My mom and I had different salads and I said the same regarding my salad! Service was excellent (staff went out of there way to answer a bunch of touristy questions and even drew us a map of where to go next!) and the atmosphere was very relaxed and "cozy"!!! Thanks for making these three American women feel so welcome!

We came for our Christmas works dinner, enjoying our company & having a chat & a laugh when staff came over to ask us to keep the noise down, on arrival we went to the bar, it to 1 lady 20 mins to get our drinks prepared! We were over charged! But was refunded! First time for going to the cosy club & our last@ staff so rude to us!!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Waitress attentive without being intrusive. Staff can give advice on menu from real experience as they have 'staff meals days'. I had the Colonel burger which was tasty and unique, with delicious fries and coleslaw. Many options have a distinctly different twist, especially the cocktail menu. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful place for an evening meal. Our waitress was delightful (on her first night, she said) and food was delicious. Nice atmosphere enjoyed by me and my eleven year old.
