Absolutely disgusting - I don’t actually want to even put 1 star. All of these ‘good’ reviews are from people who work at the Munchies takeaway. This place has been all over the internet about people finding lungs, spines and brains in their food. I didn’t believe it so I tried it out for myself - well I can assure you, I may not have found these grizzly bits but I was given RAW chicken and RAW beef. The staff even picked up a piece of chicken off the floor and threw it back into the pan. Please don’t order from this place, I have contacted Trading Standards and they are inspecting. Thankyou

Extra charge for delivery when I paid £2 for delivery on just eat. I smell a rat!!! Pizza turned up luke warm and took about 1hr 30mins to arrive. #ifonlydonminoeswoulddeliver

First time tried tonight, never again. Ordered via just eat, arrived 15mins later than the time RESCHEDULED by the restaurant so over half an hour later than just eat said to begin with but just the start. Family deal consisting of some of the most disgracefully butcher chicken I have ever encountered, STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AS BONES WERE MUTILATED AND EVERYWHERE, easy for any child to choke on unknowingly, I picked out 3 and it is clearly done in house as you could see they had chopped it however they fancied and could not figure out what each piece was supposed to be, be it thigh, drum or breast. And "hot wings" were actually drumsticks which says it all really! Add to that chilli sauce instead of barbecue, which was stone cold along with the beans as well. And the chips are bland and also pretty cold. Having got past these issues I have now had a severe case of brown rain from the poorly butchered chicken. The bottle of Pepsi was probably the nicest and safest part of this meal. "under new management", think this needs more than that to resolve these issues! Disgraceful, never again and just eat would do well to remove them from the list!

They mucked up my order rang them up and wasn’t botherd in the slightest very rude thought they would have cared abit more as I’ve ordered £50-£60 a week here (which does add up over time) and now lost a customer 🙄🙄

Dont even want to rate them 1 star. I was told 50 to 60 mins. (Thats fair). After an hour and half i ring back to find out where my order was and they said 15 mins. They really didnt give a damn as like a fool i paid by card. And it finally arrived 20 mins later. Asked who i could talk to to complain and noone wanted to know.
