One of the worst staff ever on the till. I said SEVERAL times- add a fruit bag to each of the happy meals. What did he do? Subbed a fruit bag for fries for each of the happy meals so my three children ended up with NO FRIES. This was around 1.15pm. Either train this person properly or sack him.
The burger for the big mac was burnt and was completly overpowered with a burned and bitter tastewasn’t even coverable by the big mac sauce. We bought 6 meals in total, two were the big mac and both had burnt onions on them and carbon. Was practically inedible. Surprised such a large fast food chain gets away with this. WILL NOT be eating at this location again.
The food is nice, but the place is a mess. Nearly every table needs clearing, and the young girl would rather stand and talk to her friend
I only ever use the drive-thru here to grab a coffee whilst I'm working, and I don't usually take the time out of my day to leave a review. However, the customer service from the east Asian lady possibly Chinese? Is exceptional. Its not something you'd particularly notice usually, but she takes great attention to detail even with how so folds and hands me my receipt, and she's always extremely polite, well mannered and is always smiling. She even hands me my coffee with both hands and slightly bows her head, whilst wishing me a good day. It's not something one expects of customer service at a McDonald's drive-thru, but she makes the customer feel valued and quite clearly takes her job seriously. For that reason, I will wait until I'm passing through this area to order my coffee whilst working, rather than use another McDonald's. She needs some recognition!
I went there today and the staff is really rude and disrespectful, I had a child with me who wanted to go to the toilet but even after multiple requests they did not open the toilet they have the toilet locked all the time for some reason. I requested them a lot but they didn’t open the toilet and were really rude to me and did not give a reason why the toilet must be locked for all customers. Even after others asked them to open the toilet.
