I ordered 20 pieces of chicken nuggets for collection, parked in the delivery bay. Arrived home, checked my order and only received 2 boxes of 9s. Rang the store and told me to go back. The manager expects me to drive back to the store for just 2 chicken nuggets and 2 missing sauce. Terrible service! You need to learn to count! Also not to mention I’ve waited 30 min for the order! Check your order before you leave!
Few meters away from the Etihad stadium, this Mcdonald is great. Good customer service. However, when Manchester city are playing, allow extra time as they can be very crowded and your waiting time can take much long. Sometimes, you may not have place to seat. All in all, it's good place with great food like all other Mcdonald.
Received just drinks, there wasn’t even ice in them! not first time this McDonald’s is a joke. Never ever again. Avoid at all costs. Too hard to prepare all order, I am sorry but child would do it better than employees there. Unbelievable.
They got all 3 orders wrong and they were 3 identical orders we made to make it easier for them. We got less than we ordered. We used the drive through and were home before we realised. Very disappointed. Small portions.
Clearly understaffed on servicing team, cooking food to quick and sitting for too long so not as hot as it should be. Also can make a burger properly! No onions or pickle! Wasn't a great experience tbh. ON THE PLUS SIDE ONE OF THE BEST MILKSHAKES IVE HAD IN YEARS!!
