Ordered on the app for collection but the app didn’t send through the orders. The team here were really helpful trying to sort it out but it was a genuine issue with the app so I had to re-order in store. The irony was I using the app for a free item promo so the team sorted me out with a freebie so I wasn’t out of pocket. They were lovely to deal with and the food was well prepared looking pristine like on the posters, hot and tasty.
Food that is made affordable and fast. With a nice cosy style setting it is perfect for drivers stopping for a quick bite or a small meal
The serving staff is wonderful and professional especially The lady serving at till is very friendly and cooperative . Stay like this guys
I think this is the best Burger King I've ever been to! The staff are attentive, the food is always delicious and hot and the place is clean.
If you want cold burgers then this is definitely the place for you! Ordered a bacon double cheese burger with extra cheese be fresh and hot you would think. Walked from the counter to my car and it was cold, the bacon was stone cold and the cheese was still in the square and not melted at all. When I went back in and told the guy the burger was cold he say yes it’s room temperature! What??nThe bacon is precooked off site and put on the burger at room temperature, they don’t attempt to heat it just slap it on the burger and off you pop. The bacon is in a tub that arrives in store frozen and they leave it to unfreeze at room Temperature. Never heard anything like it before. When you’re placing an order for 3 meals and paying £28 you would expect the food to be hot not Luke warm!nOn the other hands the chips were fresh ‍
