Popped in this afternoon, ordered the smash burger, with sweet potato fries and mac and cheese, staff were lovely. my meal came hot and was delicious, the portions were very generous and filling. Lovely place to sit and enjoy and look outside. Took the leftovers home to eat later. The place was clean, nice and warm. I highly recommend LOADED. Go there today!
Went there during our 1-hour lunch break.nnService was mediocre. No greetings from other staff apart from the one who took our order at the counter.nnThe wait for food was longer than anticipated and the people who ordered after us for takeaway received their meals before ours.nnWhen the food finally arrived, we had to eat quickly before returning to work. I ordered Halloumi burger and there was good flavours but not outstanding enough that worth the long wait.
Hit and miss. We ordered the munch box. The smash burger was boss. The chicken burger not so much. Told them to follow order notes but not the end of the world. Yes, they didn’tnThe service was mega. Top guys. Really friendly.nThe donner meat was too much. Cheese sour chilly, it didn’t work. Should have kept it simple or put options for it to be customised.nThe chicken strips was a waste. Great chips curly fries and the wings were boss.nnThat’s my only criticism.nnWill order again but probably make some changes to the munch box.
The loaded share box for 2 is more than enough for a family of 3 or 4, filled to the brim with fries, curly fries, Donner meat, nashville wings and tenders and a Nashville chicken burger and a double cheeseburger. Lots of food, we could not finish, and for £25 absolute bargain.nnThe waffles rounded out the dinner very well. And the donuts was a nice treat for watching a film after putting our girl down for the night.nnCooked to order, worth the wait, would definitely come again.... And I live 35 miles away.
Sooooooo came here for food, place looks good could do with more seating but the shop is an awkward shape so it is what is.nnIt’s one of them restaurant takeaway hybrids take-a-staurant or restaur-way pick your poison lolnnOrdered a loaded box for 2 £25 2 burgers one chicken one beef, Parmesan fries, curly fries , 2 wings, 2 strips and some Donner meat no drink included hmmmmm - so it wasn’t FULLY loaded lolnnPresentation was good, looked like it’s going to be a slap up meal portion size was decent too.nnFirst thing I noticed though the beef burger wasn’t a smash patty, at first I thought I had read the menu wrong so my fault ohhhh well next time, so I decided to check the menu and it said classic SMASH burger, after seeing this I went up to a member of staff to confirm that this was in fact a smash patty she said yes it was, I returned to my table and continued my meal.nnBeef burger 0/10 - definitely not a smash patty, looked more like a gourmet frozen patty slapped on a grill, the beef tasted like them old school cheap takeaway burgers which is nostalgic for me and I appreciate a beef burger like that, however it wasnt befitting a take-a-straunt like this, I expected more especially when claiming it’s a smash patty and charging for a smash patty. Smash patty = fresh meat generallynnChicken burger 4/10 - it had all the ingredients to make a great burger but my annoyance from the beef transferred over, and I was more critical, taste was actually fine and bun was fine sauce fine not issues so far so good, but the chicken patty inside, it wasn’t bad to be fair was not a fresh coated patty, was a frozen packet gourmet breast, cooked well enough in their defence. Again I was disappointed I expected better for this sort of establishmentnnParmesan fries - 10/10 wasn’t Parmesan didn’t see any on there but the taste was good what ever flavour it was.nnCurly fries - 10/10 I’m not a fan of these in general but it was curly and it was a fry so did exactly what it said it was looolnnChicken tenders - 6/10 flavoursome spicy soft to bite but frozen tender - I’d say this one’s a personal choice, if the burger was fresh coated I would have let the frozen tender slide.nnChicken wing - N/A I didn’t eat itnnDonner meat - 5/10 - flavour was good and the sauce went really well with it, the meat itself wasn’t that nice, all donner is processed so eat at your own discretion in general but this donner was fat cut squares of meat which leads me to believe this is packet donner I doubt they have a donner machine in the back it wouldn’t make sense so defo packet donner.nnConclusionnnPlace looked good, food LOOKED good but the food wasn’t up to par.nnWould I come back again - NO there’s loads of alternatives in the area whose chicken and meat quality is a lot better for a similar price point.
