I would give 0 stars if I could. Fast food no one expects to be great but it should be edible! Thought I’d grab a quick couple of meals after a long 12 hour shift and totally disgusted. Cold food, Rock hard, burnt fries feel like they was cooked yesterday hope these arnt served in happy meals the kid would choke to death.
Went through drive through on 9th July at 9.15ish, ordered 2 hat trick burger meals. Had to wait for food at the 3rd window. Once the food arrived I checked the bag to make sure it had the 2 correct burher boxes and 2 lots of frieswhich it did only to get home to 1 of the burger meals only had 1 burger on and wasn't very warm. Really disappointed as this is not what I payed for or ordered. This McDonald's has gone down hill lately food never warm always to wait around to be served even when its not busy.. dont mind having to warm your food up but would be nice to actually get what I ordered. Unhappy and still hungry customer

Drive through always not on time, people working during nights always giving excuses regarding their system not working and orders not coming on screen where i see them on their phone for 20 long minutes and then say we can’t prepare this order. The people working here at night has always got excuses ready and looks like don’t want to work, they aren’t professional and ruining the brand name, the area manager needs to have a look into this.
Very poor quality for McDonalds. Accurately of orders for drive thru is atrocious. Nearly every order has had an item missing. Of course the give you the missing order but you have to park to check and then go in to wait in a queue to ask for the missing item. Ordered extra pickles to get 2 pickles extra for 20p extra charge! Another burger we had, had 10 pickles, so why couldn't they have done that for both. One piece of onion on a quarter pounder is ridiculous. No care whatsoever in the kitchen. Mcdonalds is about speed of course but other branches manage decent food and completed orders. This site is a very poor franchise.
