I have give this branch too many chances. I keep going back expecting a nice hot burger... Each time in disappointed with a freezing cold burger. Even if you complain you just get another cold burger! This is the last time I will ever go to this branch. The branch looks cleans and has enough seating but don't waste your lunch in there..... You will regret it.

It's good to go with family for an evening meal but the amount of times I've been given the wrong order is outstanding. The wait is unbearable. Overall I recommend this restaurant

well, yet again I pay for my order on the ‘automated stations’ for then NO receipt to come out of it; and then I have justify my order behind the till. The lady then said “alright; that’s fine, yeah we got it”... being deemed like I’m some kind of criminal, even though the machine and company took £12 from me and my partner. We then wait for it come; which it did.. (reasonable time admittedly) to which I got the response of “where’s your receipt?!” - to which we said - “well no receipt was printed” and the lady behind the till then quickly defended us and said “yes it is their order” .... then we walked away .... to which there was no straws to our x2 drinks... looked at the normal ‘sauce bar’ away from the main serving area..... nothing.... so I went back and ask ‘sorry, but can we please have drink straws to our order... to which we got the crappy response of “ I’ve already gave you straws” (he didn’t - at all!!) - like I was asking for an Aston Martin DB9 or something... (and like I’d bother even disturbing the staff again for a bleedin’ straw for no reason!?!?!) Then amongst all that nonsense with our takeaway order, after the guy chucked me about 8 straws, (2 meals) - after paying for x2 quarter pounder meals and 2 hamburgers (one for my dog at home); once we got home; we realised we were missing x1 quarter pounder burger anyway! Such a waster of time and effort, just can’t be bothered with such awful service and management. Unprofessional, biased and slap-dash! Me and my partner are ‘professional services’ people, we are professional, polite and act the way we want to be treated... but some of your staff are simply rude, abrupt and downright awful... Big up to the lady (name unknown) who was professional and helped where she can... but others.. questionable!!! 😮 Resident of Romford for 20 years - this place gone downhill! #bad

Food was terrible as always BUT! There is a guy who works there called Sunny who I assume is part of the cleaning team. He's so friendly welcoming and nice. He's always got a smile on his face and is always willing to help customers. Imho he goes above and beyond his job role. this is the first macdonalds where I've seen someone like sunny. The guy is awesome. The rest of the staff should be more like him.

Nice friendly staff. Very clean appearance. Would recommend anyone going there to have a quick bite to eat.
