The food is cheap if you download the app. The staff has one or two amazing and friendly staff, it's the rude and sharp ones that gives it only a 3 star. One time my mum and I were looking for the voucher in my bag and being very apologetic to the lovely lady serving us, another one behind not only made a comment in another language rolling her eyes and making us both feel very uncomfortable but when my mum asked to speak to the manager who was out back at the time he told us it never happened, without even speaking to her, just backed her when other staff saw and agreed it was rude. Just be careful as we came home feeling deflated and cheap. The customer is not important at Romford burger king which is sad as a couple of the staff are lovely and very kind, no need to make people feel like they're not good enough because they would rather save the pennies by using vouchers, or why print them in the first place?? :)

Staff are not really friendly I've always encountered. Dirty tables at this restaurant most of the time the upper seating area has been closed when I've. Come here. However their has been a crack in one of the windows on the upper seating area. Every time I've been here all in all good food shame alot else let's it doen

Don't eat from here My son got food poisening from the burger king in romford and when he spoke to manager, manager wasn't interested
