I usually order mains for delivery on Uber Eats, but since I was in the town centre, I thought of picking up some Mexican Fries on the way home. I waited for 10 mins for 2 portions of fries that too on a weekday afternoon. Further, they were barley cooked and had a pale-yellow colour. There was no Mexican seasoning, instead they just tasted salty in not a good way. I was more surprised about the lack of cleanliness. The big tv screen had visible dust and cobwebs all over its back, which is adjoined to the area where all the frying is done.
Hello, this week I went to a restaurant in Romford, I was served by a lady in a green uniform and they look like a villager if I'm not mistaken Valentina was on the badge. A very kind person, positive and ready to help, recommended me the best meal on the menu and prepared it very quickly. I strongly recommend this store, the food is very good and the lady is very kind.
If I could give 0 stars for this place I would. Beware when ordering from this place or visiting this place. Me and my partner ordered from here on Tuesday, the following day we were both throwing up violently not being able to keep anything down food, liquids or anything for that matter. We visited the doctors and found out we have a stomach infection, from contaminated food. To this day we still can not eat nor drink anything as everything is being rejected by our systems. beware of this place!
It's alright, but not amazing. I've had better churros and better ice creams, especially for the price 5 pounds for a small cup of ice cream. I'd probably give them another shot though if I was in the area. One thing I don't understand, for the strawberry topping, why leave the leafs on the strawberry? Now it's in the ice cream, so I either have to eat the leaf, or get my hands dirty to remove it. Is it to make it look fancy? I prefer a little convenience tbh.
The staff there are very lovely but Ela was very helpful, friendly, smiled throughout her service and I’ll always go there as the churros were lovely Food: 5/5
Today, I had the pleasure to try churros with white chocolate and caramel I can't say which one is the most delicious . I am very happy with the customer service, Mihaela was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.Food: 3/5

Staff are extremely rude. I used to love this place but no every single time i go they get my order wrong without fail. I told the guy i wanted sour cream, he gave me the wrong sauce which i then mentioned to him and he told he i would have to pay an extra 75p for the sour cream that i asked for in the first place the other sauce he put on my burrito was absolutely disgusting i had to throw my food in the bin, total waste of money. Do not come here!
Loved Mihela’s service. She was super quick and helpful. Would go back again soon
