Lovely authentic Italian restaurant that me and my girlfriend adore. I have been on multiple occasions with her as well as friends and have always left with a smile. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you step in and the whole restaurant has a homely Italian feel to it. I would highly recommend an evening visit to couples; candles are put on every table and the atmosphere is very intimate. The portions are generous and the staff are more than happy to box what you can't eat up for you to take home. My favourite family restaurant in town bar none.

My boyfriend and I went for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and it only had a handful of other people. I had previously dined here and had the most amazing pasta dish but couldn’t for the life of me remember what it was, the waiter was more than accommodating and actually created a pasta dish that wasn’t on the menu at all- this completely blew me away and they went over and beyond my expectations and experiences of any other dining experience. Ciao Bella provides the most exceptional service, from the waiters to the chefs. Overall a very authentic homely feel that will make you think you’re in the hills of Tuscany and not in Romford!!

Absolutely amazing place! Don't let the high street location fool you, this place is something special. Much better than any of the chain Italians. Very authentic and generous portions with real quality ingredients. The linguine gambaretti was wonderful and the seabass was also a very impressive dish. Highly recommend!

Came here for a friends birthday. I had the linguine gamberoni which was the best prawn pasta I've ever eaten, the king prawns were actually king prawns, and not the small cheap variants. Garlic bread is extremely generously sized, and the ovenbaked pizzas were very fresh. Will be coming back again for sure

We had the pleasure to be greeted by Luciano on arrival. he has offered us a wonderful customer service throughout our evening. He is polite, knowledgeable and he offers customers a high end touch to the dinning experience at Ciao Bella. He is a true asset to the restaurant! Thank you Luciano, D&I .
