My family and I had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The service was fantastic from the reception to all the chefs who provided excellent customer service with many smiles. The food was very well prepared.nnI had read some mixed reviews beforehand and honestly don't understand what people expected. This was my first visit, and my experience was as delightful as my time at Cosmos in Edinburgh. My favourite was Chinese cuisine.nI highly recommend this restaurant!
Have been going to COMOS for several years now. I've never had a bad experience here. The food always was, is amazing. Have had several parties here and the kids enjoyed themselves. Service is amazing and quick. Freshly cooked food is always out and ready to eat. I would love if they brought back the prawns that was the highlight of my meals. But all in all a very good dinning experience, the atmosphere is good but could do with a bit more lighting.
The place was clean and the staff collected the empty plates quite quickly.nI particularly liked the made to order teppanyaki steak, small whole squids, scallops and prawns. I had scallops, prawns and thin beef steak. Steak was rather thin and it's a little tough but the scallops and prawns were fine.nI expected to see a whole Peking styled roasted duck but found that it's indeed shredded duck meat.nDeep fried prawns were great; the shells were crispy! Fried chicken wings were also great.nI'd not recommend the roasted beef but the Chinese styled fried beef and beef brisket. I didn't eat rice, pasta, noodles or pizzas. For desserts, I only some water melon and canned peaches as I was full but there were cakes and ice-cream indeed.nDrinks are additional and I ordered hot green tea in a pot which csn fill 5-6 small cups.nIn general, the price and food were reasonable. It'll be more comfortable if there is a little more space between tables.
Really recommend this place for good quality of food and variety of cuisine, salads, dishes, sushi , cakes, fruits, fresh foods grilled services, etc, big restaurant with good hospitality service, parking, in and out service.
Very impressed - reviews had made me worried but we had a wonderful experience. Great range of options, very attentive staff despite it being a busy Saturday evening. Young children get an excellent price and plenty of options for picky eaters. Food is replenished quickly and good temperature. We will be back again soon! Thank you to the lovely staff. Dessert options were great! Didn’t have a birthday in the party but would come back for their discount for this.nAreas to improve: toilets need more regular cleaning on busy evenings. Also sushi is a little basic compared to other venues like JCR. I can’t eat imitation crab so couldn’t have most of the options.nWould still highly recommend and would absolutely give 5 stars. Thanks for a great experience.
