See now the problem with this restaurant is they get the orders wrong 80% of the time. I'm sick and tired of ordering through the McDonald's App just to receive missing items. And they I have to call support which would be a coin flip if they want to refund me or say nah not today. I work in hospitality and it's really not hard to just double check the bag/order before it gets sent out like come on. Just do better please it's as simple as that and then maybe I won't get so annoyed.
Baneel staff member was excellent - polite, respectful, friendly, attentive, smiley. And this was at 11:45pm! I'm not a fast food person, but needed food having been at the hospital for 6 hours and Baneel created a good experience. The food was as expected, and the fries were hot!
The Sausage Egg McMuffin has changed. That was my go-to meal here. No more. I think the muffin is smaller or something not as I remember. The pancakes were good but the plastic knife can't cut them. Lucky for me I had my trusty just legal knife with me. That did the trick even though I did get some odd looks from some of the customers. The PG Tips tea went down a treat.
Worst big mac and fries ever! I had waited all week for my cheat meal to be throughly disappointed, not even warm and tasted disgusting. I don't do reviews at all, this is the first one I've written in years, so I hope that says something. I'd have gone in and complained but what's the point, I'll just try save someone else from the disappointment I got. Choose another McDonald's don't go to this one, shame cause I used to work at the council yard round the corner years ago and the food was great then.
This was a small McDonald's in Skipton... Slow service. Almost inedible food when it did arrive. Semed to be the haunt of local yobs. Only stopped because it was getting late and I didn't know where else to go. And the food affected my stomach really badly. Sally, I have nothing positive to say about this place.
Much better than the keighley branch. Food is warmer even when very busy, service also faster and delivered with a more pleasant attitude.Food: 4/5

It's a McDonalds, you know what you are getting when you go there. The food was hot, fresh and as ordered but it was very busy and the queue was long. Atmosphere was quiet.Food: 5/5
