The ice machine is never working. But what that means is, you can actually see the amount of drink you have been given. A small drink should contain 250mm of liquid. A medium drink should contain 400mm of liquid. Both of our drinks contained significantly less than these amounts. This is basically theft, not giving us the full amount of drink we have paid for.
Messed up my order. I wouldn’t care, but due to my allergy I ordered a bun-less TRIPLE cheese burger, got home to find a single, plain burger with a bun. I know this is Mcdonalds so the service isn’t top notch anyway but atleast do your job right and check the food before sending it off.
Worst McDonald's. Always forgetting items, treated family to a birthday breakfast and ALL hash browns missing Always forgetting dips, milkshakes often unavailable. Staff overwhelmed by online orders so eating in is unpleasant. Poor experience all round. Time to go elsewhere. Shame as it was much better before.
What used to be my main go to for the yellow arches is now a firm AVOID.n3 separate days. 3 orders incorrect with a picky eater who needs a plain burger not delivered... With even going so far as to put the plain sticker on and still not do it right..
Just went through drive thru, my wife Big Mac was so poorly put together with both burgers in the lower section along with everything else & nothing between the middle bun & the top bun, also the bun was over cooked & very brown. I ordered a double cheese burger, when I got home I discovered it was just a single. The flurry was melted & runny before I even left the car park. Very poor all around
