A bit on the expensive side, but the overall experience is worth it. The restaurant is on the small side, and the sitting is bar-like, where your food will be cooked right in front of you. Having been to Japan myself - I know this is an accurate depiction of local Japanese eateries. If an authentic Japanese eating experience is what you’re after, then Sen Sushi is definitely to be checked out. As I’ve said, the food is cooked right in front of you, so you can guarantee its freshness. Aside from the freshness of the food, the food in itself is also very flavourful and true to its traditional taste. PS. Out of all the Japanese restaurants I have been to, their Udon soba is the best. They are melt-in-your-mouth good!

First time ordering from Sen Sushi and wasn't dissapointed. Ordered ramen noodles in chefs special soup which was a generous portion and hit the spot for a Friday lunch treat. Would I go again? Yes. One thing to point out though is they don't currently accept credit/debit card.

The food was really good, however i saw a peice of thread in the ginger. But the food is still great!

Nice takeaway service and brilliant food. Recommend Ramen noodles with Char Siu, the best Ramen noodles in Reading.
