Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas and they turned up as if they had both been involved in a car crash. Requested refund but told they can only replace not refund. Never ordering from them again. AVOID
Tried both ways delivery or collection nothing has worked lazy and bad customer service. Pizza was not pipping hot instore staff was talking to each other or busy on their phones. No one looks busy than us. Kitchen staff does not looks like they wash and sanitised their hands properly. Front desk staff looks new to the work. Giving two stars only due to dough which is very light to eat and garlic sauce.

Awful staff that provide no customer service, no wonder there’s never anyone in there. I asked for a pizza to be well done and they said they can’t do it, it is how it comes out and that’s how it is. After telling the employee that the Reading Woodley branch do well-done pizza upon request, I was told to ‘go there then’. Never going back to this rude place again. They are doing a great job in bringing down the standards at Dominoes.
It’s my first time to make a phone order since I had got their leaflet at my home. I then realised I had called the wrong branch after I showed up at the branch that I used to be. I immediately called them to apologise and never expect the unsympathetic and 0 customer service from the staff.nnThe male staff sounds like Pakistani or Indian told me he had done my order and questioned me why wouldn’t I come and collect it. I repeated that I had made a mistake based on the leaflet they sent to me without realising they were from another branch……also I don’t drive and it was raining… He interrupted me in the mid of conversation and asked me to listen to him tho he was the one asking me question and started “educated” me as a customer.nnCant believe we have such a disgrace customer service from the South East staff in UK…..nnDomino did you treat your staff properly? Or did you check on staff mental health regularly with such a long shift??nnTho I have banned Muslim food but still getting such a disgrace service from the Muslimhood…Just to make things right, this is not racist, it’s just my own preference as anyone else does.
