When to the drive through as my father was going low being a type 1 diabetic. Went to the drive through talk point. They then proceed to serve 3 cars on the other point even though we were waiting so 3 other cars got served before us even though we were there first so we proceeded to drive to the payment to explain and make the order by this point it was becoming an emergency in getting the food with a hypo being imminent. Got to the paymentpoint to have a moan about what they had done did swear once. A man came up and then refused to serve us even with the emergency because of using a swear word. We then had to try and drive as fast as we could to try and get sone food for my father due to the medical condition. If they had just served the customer's at the order point in order as they should this would not have become the medical emergency that it did.nAbsolutely appalling service and absolutely no consideration of why we were so angry and flustered at what had happened. My father could have ended up in hospital because of there inconsiderate and appalling customer service.
This is genuinely the best maccies ive been to, Mark who walks around the front of house is an absolute ray of sunshine. What a gentleman. The food arrived hot and fresh is a very timely manner. The staff seem to work together well. Honestly great place, it appears to have had quite the renovation since the last time I came. Will definitely be back!
came here and sat in the drive through for over 10 mins with no word through the coms only to be told its broken and to come inside... I then ordered and waited 15, nearly 20 mins for my order whiles I saw atleast 10 drive through orders be served and 2 order from someone else who was told to come in after me... it's a joke and all I ordered was a quarter pounder w bacon just for it to be cold
Visited last day. Services was absolutely great and fast delivery. Atmosphere was good. Have seating capacity inside and outside. Washroom is tidy. Parking space available and 24 hours of working
Ordered my food on the app and went to collect via drive through. 25 minutes later, I finally think i’m about to get my food when I see my drinks are on the counter.. staff proceeded to have a 5 minutes long staring competition with my poor, rapidly melting frappe. I swear I heard it calling for help! Got home to realise half my order was missing.
