There is a place very clean, in my opinion, is the best one about this in Nottingham. Inside is comfortable, good tables and chairs, nice decoration, good and fast service.
This is a very good McDonald's, every time I go there, they give hot food served as it's meant to be. Enough fries, well salted and even the milkshakes are on! Always clean and nice to eat in.Food: 5/5
Over cooked egg with green and purple bits as well as being rotten smelling. How is this acceptable to serve for £3.99?
No sauces available due to supply issues. But, already in the drive through so committed to order. Payment: got asked to pay for 2 other orders before I had to tell them what ours was, then this was repeated at next window. They were so confused and tried twice to physically give me someone else's order. Wasn't the end chain fault, something further up the process went wrong
Food was cold, drink was flat and was dirty inside. Floor was slippery from grease. Needs massive improvements. Every time I have gone to this McDonald's the staff seem to have their own gossip club going on.Food: 3/5
I ordered a mcplant meal and cheesy bites, and i asked to mske sure the burger was hot because its usually barely warm. I waa left to wait for 20 minuted in a bay. Went to ask where my order was, waited longer going in store to speak to someone. They eventually gave me my order and didn't care that I'd waited so long. Then the burger wasn't warm. I drove round again to complain was told to pull up in the next window to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't there and when she finally came over she had no clue about any of this and tried to give me someone else's drinks order. I explained the situation she didn't apologise and asked what I wanted. I didnt want to wait any longer for food. I asked for a refund. As in give me my money back for the food I paid for and let me keep the food. No she took the food back and out it in the bin and walked off without explanation. My burger which was the issue wasn't even in the bag at the time. I waited for her to return, but as she made me feel like an inconvenience in holding up the queue even though it wasn't busy at 12.45am no queue in the drive thru and the fact that she'd just binned the food I'd waited so long to get which I still wanted, I left my cold burger at the window and drove off without getting my money back. Never returning to this McDonald's again. Literally so incompetent at food & customer service. Vegetarian options: Awful, the mcplant would be good if it was ever semi-warm. To say they have to make it freshly because its not a common menu item they you'd think it would be hot but it never is even when you ask every time they don't pass on the information. They don't care
Stood at the till waiting to be served by an member for a couple of minutes, and there were lot around, and when one did came to take my order, didn't look happy one bit to be there and sounded moody when ask what I wanted. Then had to wait sveveal minutes for my food as the staff were busy with the 10 + Deliveroo or Uber orders
Made a visit on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. We went through the drive thru and were told to pull up at a parking bay and wait for our food. The food took 10 minutes to come out, however we didn't receive our drinks or any condiments. I then went inside the restaurant to sort the issue. The staff member was very apologetic, so I appreciate that they took accountability for their mistake. The food was pretty consistent, however I had a Garlic chicken wrap which wasn't made particularly well. The rest of the group were happy with their meals.
Ordered breakfast here in drive thru 2 days ago. Specifically asked for 2 ketchup dips. Received the order eventually. Specifically asked when given the food if the ketchup was in the bag, told yes. NO KETCHUP. Ordered from uber eats 2 days later, ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 4 sweet and sour dips and sour cream and chive. NOT 1 SINGLE DIP. Are you stealing these from customers and selling them in your own time ‍ absolutely useless. Avoid.
Went through the drive through and was greeted by Tino, a very happy, friendly guy. He made our evening all the more enjoyable. The food was up to standard and very tasty. If Tino was to tell me that the world was going to end, he would probably make it seem enjoyable. What a great guy.
