Lovely local pub with great menu and friendly staff. I come here regularly with friends and family and I've never been disappointed. The food is great value for money and big portions, and the staff always look after us with a smile. Recommended.

Love it. So relaxing. No idiots, good beer and a lovely atmosphere. Best way to spend a Monday afternoon! Looking forward to my next visit!

Somewhat different from the fantabulous poky pub I knew back in the Seventies. Lots of folks in, all ages, participating in the quiz Good wine offer on Sundays £10per bottle from selected stock - good choice

Great service and exceptional food here! Especially loved the service from our tall, blonde waiter - he is an asset to the company! Definitely recommend this place for friends and family groups to eat and drink here :)

Came here as it was labelled a gastro pub on Google. The beer is very good. But, it’s not a gastro pub. The menu didn’t really inspire so I went with an old favourite- the steak n ale pie. Expecting home made. The pie was from the freezer. The chips were oven chips! Veg from freezer and gravy from packet. Disappointing....
