Staff are unhelpful and disrespectful sure they make their own prices up with the post office. Sending items large letter light clothing. Charge me different to any other post office I know off by heart the price per gram ect by now so I said straight away that's not right - Instead of putting my parcel through as large letter it was made as small parcel it was as thin as paper and just a tiny bit over as the bag was just big Instead of being helpful and taping it over so that it will slide through as large letter she decided to go for most expensive. I had to ask to cancel and tape up the side but they just make it difficult to cancel it off and do what I asked. For something that weighed around 200g a baby's thin cotton Tshirt as you can imagine she then put it through as 300g large letter?!! I won't be going again! Think because I asked for the first charge to be cancelled off because it was too high at second class £4.80 they were just being awkward and decide to rip me off further. Discrace. Call me Karen but I want to save as much pennies as possible these days. And there all busy bodies in there. thanks
Called in for a drink on way to work. Staff member pointed out it was better to buy a pack of 4 cans of coke instead of 2 cans as the 4 packs where on offer. She was very pleasant and friendly. Nice little shop
Staff are fabulous I especially love the post office opening hours as I can pop there before going to work as I post a lot af parcels for charity events
Great service, very efficient. Great selection of foods and mail services. Fully wheelchair accessible.
